<p>Hey, It&#8217;s Zack here&#8230;Happy Friday! I&#8217;m excited for the weekend.</p>

<p>Dang, last night I was on the MOST POWERFUL webinar so far in 2010.  An experienced online marketer named Kevin Wilke teamed up for a launch of something called <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Local Business Money Machine</span> with my favorite online dude Ryan Deiss.</p>
<p>I believe this info-product is going to go over very BIG! Here&#8217;s why Local Business Owners are going to become a way for those with online experience to make some serious money together.</p>
<p>1.  Plumbers, Dentists, Carpet Cleaners, Contractors, Locksmiths, Landscapers, etc…they all have been Hit HARD by Recession (down 30% or more)</p>

<p>Almost 5,000 people joined me and Kevin Wilke as he shared how  many of his students are <strong>making $10K per month</strong> and  more helping local businesses get on line.</p>
<p>1 out of 3 of online searches are for a local business and 81% of people first research online these days before any other method.</p>
<p>I used to build homes and if I look at the local construction companies in my area today online, they are virtually non-existant.  Yet many of those same companies are advertised in the Yellow Pages&#8230;yuck! I just threw my newly delivered phonebook into the recycling last month. In fact, when I searched Google in my area with the keyword &#8220;Astoria Construction&#8221; what I found was the top <a class="zem_slink" title="Public company" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_company">listed</a> company was located over 125 miles away from this town.</p>

<p>Now that&#8217;s just too sad for the local yokels who are trying to make a living and find new customers, but have a website made from their buddy and not updated since 2003 <img src='http://zackcovell.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />   As you can see above the top 3 spots on Google are Not Local Businesses where I live, which means it&#8217;s a wide open market.  Don&#8217;t let your competitors grab that top spot. Over 60% of the clicks happen on the top 3 spots. See Picture above.</p>

<p>This is the easiest way I think I have ever heard for the average Joe to make real money online. This business is easy to understand and easy to execute. And for the naysayers or skeptical, I&#8217;m this way&#8230;do your own research and you&#8217;ll see. It&#8217;s not based on SEO and PPC and all this techie stuff either.</p>
<p>If your looking for a real lasting career (NOT A JOB) this may be your best answer.</p>
