Download and Create Your Own Youtube Captions for your video uploads or capture the closed captions and subtitles from others videos. The how to with screenshots and video instruction is here.

UPDATE: I found the most amazing new tool to download youtube captions and subtitles here:

http://mo.dbidb.com/

======================

Good day everyone! I’m bringing you a rather rare, yet still very powerful YouTube technique for making your videos more interactive and capable of reaching more people.

Not everyone speaks English who uses YouTube, which means if you only provide videos in one language without any subtitles or captions you’re missing a great amount of views on your videos.

Below I’m going to show you step-by-step how to:

1. Download the Captions from someone else’s Youtube video for your own reference

2. Add Captions on Any YouTube Video of your own

3. Add Captions to your own YouTube Video EXACTLY at the correct time.

4. Add Captions to your own YouTube Video for Live viewing.

Okay, I want you to OPEN a new web browser or tab to get started.

1. Download the Captions from someone else’s Youtube video for your own reference

I’m going to be using the following video of my friend Peter Joseph of the Zeitgeist Movement to show you how to grab or download the Captions used in his presentation in the video playlist below.

First, click play and see the Captions that automatically play. Look for the window like this →→→

Notice when you have to chose the Caption Language you are seeing the Closed Captions (CC) in that language as the video plays.

The best part… The URL that this video above is from is at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SnuhKYcO8As

All we care about here is the part I have made bold in the URL above SnuhKYcO8As which is often called the VIDEO_ID

The next step is to use this URL http://video.google.com/timedtext?lang=en&v=VIDEO_ID

Replace the VIDEO_ID in the above URL with our specific YouTube Video ID = SnuhKYcO8As

For example, the final URL you want here is http://video.google.com/timedtext?lang=en&v=SnuhKYcO8As

Now put that newly created URL in a new tab or browser window and you will see a page like the one below.

Now don’t get all scared because it’s got some code on it in XML format.

Simply Right-click on the page, select “view source“ or “View Page Source” and copy all the text in that new window that opens.

Go to: http://www.nicertutor.com/xml.cgi and Paste the Copied page source code into the box on that page and Press “Go”

You’ll get a page that looks like this where you want to just Copy the Captions

You are all done with that part now on to the second part.

2. Add Captions on Any YouTube Video of your own

Now you want to Open a NOTEPAD document and Paste all Captions into the Notepad like this below

Save the NOTEPAD document with the Captions separated by a new line with each sentence or statement.

IMPORTANT: Save As>>> .sub as the file type like this below

Put another way, when you Save the Notepad document with whatever name you wish and add “.sub” to the filename and click save. You don’t have to change the filetype dropdown window.

The Easy YouTube caption creator is designed to make it very simple to create a caption text file (.sub format) that you can then add to YouTube video files that you have uploaded.

Go to: http://accessify.com/tools-and-wizards/accessibility-tools/easy-youtube-caption-creator/

Now Copy the Youtube URL of YOUR VIDEO you wish to add subtitles to- see the original YouTube URL here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SnuhKYcO8As

Paste that URL into the Easy YouTube caption creator like this below

I love this tool to create Captions exactly during the time the video plays this part.

Here’s how it works after you PRESS>> Next step (transcript details) button on the Easy Youtube caption creator page.

You Paste the transcript into the box and PRESS>> “Split into separate caption lines” button and you’ll see a new page where it shows Your Video embedded there like below.

Now for the fun part.

3. Add Captions to your own YouTube Video EXACTLY at the correct time.

PRESS>> the PLAY Button and Hold your finger over the letter “A” key on your keyboard, but don’t press it yet.

The video will begin playing.

Below the video you’ll see your captions that you pasted in.

As the video plays you’ll press the “A” key on your keyboard every time you hear the part you want shown in a Caption as it plays.

When you are finished watching the whole video and pressing the “A” key each time you want to add a Caption at that point you’ll get a new list of Captions to Paste into a Notepad Document and save as a .sub file.

4. Add Captions to your own YouTube Video for Live viewing.

Now go to your YouTube account and add the Captions and Subtitles to your newly uploaded video.

How to make your content stand out

A well-known food editor was asked recently how to perceive value as a food critic and his reputation, when, with the click of a mouse, anyone can go in search of cities or Yelp to access comments added restaurant from every Tom, Dick and Harry (Along with two hundred of his closest friends). He admitted that the huge amount of user-generated content is already available makes their job more difficult, but also proved to be beneficial by causing overall writing quality to rise. Why? Because in the highly competitive world of food writing, each person strives to excel and be considered the true expert in the field.

If you’re writing about restaurants Michelin star or the benefits of software, you’re competing for the eyeballs of consumers. As providers of content, how we position ourselves as experts in the increasingly competitive industry, especially when the idea of’ thought leadership can be as fleeting and the last update time Twitter? What’s more, we can learn to use the user-generated content (positive or negative) and the content of other experts in our desire to distinguish themselves from the crowd? Let’s explore some ways to accomplish this.

You are your own brand, so look for an authoritative voice and stick to it. Content creators are the creators of the brand. Of course you’ve got something to say, but leaving an indelible mark on readers mind is more often how we say something. This is your opportunity to not only say something that matters, but also say it in a way that only your company could. Click through the pages in your website and see if you’re talking to his audience in a way that’s accessible and authoritative. Also, make sure the tone remains consistent from page to page. Even if you changed halfway through editors its last redesign, marketing good writers must be able to emulate a single writing style through a site.

Her parents always said it was important to share. And so it goes to great content. Although the concept of viral marketing has evolved dramatically in the last ten years or so, the underlying sentiment is the same. As we move forward to a friend, Retweet, write on our wall, and essentially do everything short of stopping random strangers on the street to tell them what we think is funny, cool and useful that we’ve seen online, that can’t keep the mouth (or keyboard) closed, and the media office of that gave us the greatest of all the megaphone. To take advantage of this, we must make our goal of adapting the content to adapt to this new way of spreading the news. It’s now all about 140 characters, online videos and blog entries, but the idea is the same. People still crave content that’s informative, engaging and digestible, and now that it’s even easier to share, it’ s in our best interest to meet their needs.

Third-party views Matter “and increase their own credibility. It’ s not about who you know it’s about | well, who are we kidding “is still who knows. More importantly, it’s about how to share the great information from other experts out there in a way that’s attractive, useful, and increases its own credibility. Let’s face, becoming a expert necessarily requires a other people to think that you’re, and the credibility of this is built over time, not to mention many people with a weight on the issue. Thus, while you’re better define their own thoughts and ideas, to find other thought leaders in their space, get to know and the content they produce, and begin to quote the memorable real Nuggets of information that not only make you look like a fan of them, but a rock star in their own right. Just be sure to Credit where Credit’s because, of course.

Find inspiration “even in its most outspoken critics. If you enter the community content on your site, you know that negative feedback management remains a daily challenge. Although different businesses choose to moderate and manage comments less-than-stellar in their own ways, it’ s important to realize that this negativity can be also transformed into fodder for his next piece of online content. A user has complained about their customer service online? Apologize directly, and start blogging about the challenges of meeting customer needs on Web “and what is proposed to do about it. Most users will appreciate your personal response to their comments, and you can transform what was once a discrete complaint or comment in a broader theme of discussion in which others can add their two cents (while giving you a box of soap provide his own expert opinion). Not only will you and establishing your company as sensitive listeners, but you also have the full attention of members their community for at least a few minutes of your day (which is all I really wanted in the first place, right?)

Established through knowledge increasingly relevant and attractive content. One of the biggest challenges online content providers face is the ability to maintain its relevance and sticky to readers. Part of this comes only with the provision of content value, but we do our best to create pieces designed with repeat visits in mind. The next time you’re the task of creating new content for your website, try to predict whether There’s a way to get more bang for your buck. Instead of producing a much video that’s bound to lose viewers who just don’t have 45 minutes to spend with you at once, creating a three-part series that will keep people coming back for more. This type of content helps to emphasize your experience in a specific area, and also gives you the opportunity to stay top of mind with them through e-mail monitoring, etc. And be sure to use data on repeat visitors to better optimize your content each time you return. Pay attention to not only the content type certain visitors are attracted by the majority, but also the pages you visit on your site. When using targeted content to remain relevant and meet their needs audiences, you make a strong case for you as much as a good listener and a resident expert.

What was director Robert Townsend thinking? His movies, such as The Five Heartbeats and The Hollywood Shuffle, are sweet, enjoyable little pictures. But this “comedy” about two flashy Georgia women hoping to find money and men in Los Angeles is stereotypical, unfunny, embarrassing, and boring. Halle Berry and newcomer Natalie Desselle are trapped in pitiful roles playing against the distinguished …

Jay Deragon is considered one of the leading business thought leaders in the space of the dynamics of social networks and the emerging industry of media social communication. Your blog – http://www.relationship-economy.com serves as a benchmark for the emerging industry of social networks and read by thousands every month and referred to in the whole social fabric. He is a noted speaker and is working with numerous Fortune 500 companies to help them define and implement effectively its virtual strategies for using the social web as a new medium for marketing and influence.

Four Elements recently had the opportunity to sit down and interview Mr. Deragon. The theme of the interview is the web 2.0 and how entrepreneurs and established professionals can leverage their power.

How would you define Web 2.0?

Tim Oreilly best defines Web 2.0: The bursting of the dotcom bubble in the fall of 2001 marked a turning point for the web. Many people concluded Site that has been exaggerated, when in fact bubbles and consequent shakeouts seem to be a common feature of all technological revolutions. Shakeouts normally marks the point at which a rising technology is ready to take his place in center stage. The suitors make haste in the ass, the real success stories show their strength, and begins to be an understanding of what separates one another.

The concept of “Web 2.0″ began with a conference brainstorming among O’Reilly and MediaLive session of International. Dale Dougherty, vice president Internet pioneer and O’Reilly, noted that far from being “is crashed “, the web was more important than ever, with exciting new applications and sites appear with surprising regularity. Moreover, companies that had survived the collapse seemed to have some things in common. Could it be that the collapse of the dot-com marked some kind of turning point for the Web, so that a call to action as “Web 2.0″ might make sense? We agree that it did, and so was born the Web 2.0 Conference.

In the year and a half since, the term “Web 2.0″ has clearly taken root, with over 9.5 million citations in Google. But there is still a lot of disagreement about exactly what Web 2.0 means, with some people criticize as a marketing buzzword nonsense, and accept others as the new opinion.

This Article is an attempt to clarify what we mean by Web 2.0.

In our first exchange of ideas, we formulated our sense of Web 2.0 by example:

Web 1.0 Web 2.0

DoubleClick -> Google AdSense

Ofoto -> Flickr

Akamai -> BitTorrent

mp3.com -> Napster

Britannica Online -> Wikipedia

personal websites -> blogging

Avoid -> upcoming.org and EVDB

domain name speculation -> search engine optimization

page views -> cost per click

Image Capture -> Web Services

publication -> Participation

management systems Content -> wikis

directories (taxonomy) -> tagging ( “folksonomy”)

stickiness -> Syndication

The list went on and on. But what was it that made us identify one application or approach as “Web 1.0″ and another as “Web 2.0″? (The question is particularly urgent because the Web 2.0 meme has become so widespread that companies are now paste it into a fashionable term, such as marketing, without an understanding little real meaning. The issue is particularly difficult because many of the startups buzzword-addicted are certainly not Web 2.0, while some applications we identified as Web 2.0, like Napster and BitTorrent, are not even properly web applications!) We began trying to unravel the principles that are shown in one way or another by the success stories of Web 1.0 and the most interesting new applications.

1. The Web As Platform

Like many concepts important, Web 2.0 does not have a hard limit, but rather a gravitational core. You can view Web 2.0 as a set of principles and practices that tie together a real solar system of sites that show some or all of these principles, at a variable distance from the nucleus.
Figure 1 shows a “meme map” of the Web 2.0 was developed in a brainstorming session during FOO Camp, a conference at O’Reilly Media. It is largely a work in progress, but shows the many ideas that radiate from the core of Web 2.0.

My Personal Perspective

While there are many different definitions of Web 2.0 simply call it the rise Interactive Site, which empowers the individual. Empowering people to talk, collaborate and create innovative solutions to everyday business problems. The power of the web of today is the creating a revolutionary change in society, business and government. Call it what you want, Web 2.0, Social Media, Web 3.0 social networks, or even the impact is truly historical and the wave of change is just beginning.

What is the benefit of Web 2.0 tools for employers?

Here is a statistic alarming for entrepreneurs: nearly half of small businesses today do not have a website. A survey by CNN Money revealed that 46 percent of America 25 million small businesses have no online presence. The report suggests that employers fear a big price for website development and hosting, despite the abundant evidence, unlike the cheap do-it-yourself website
solutions are readily available.

The advantages of having even a simple static website, without the capacity e-commerce are legion. A website offers customers around the clock to see the opportunity for their products and services, contact information and evidence visual detail that you are better than their competitors. In an era where buyers, suppliers and consumers can buy, sell, and tracking of authorized for the mobile Web is poor business sense to work without a digital network.

Here are four key benefits of using Web 2.0 for business:

The visibility and search: With proper optimization of a blog or presence in social networks, has a target audience of consumers are sent your way through a number of search engines. The search engine optimization allows any company to identify their specific offers, if given to through online sales or just photos and descriptions of posts in line with a phone number or an order form for printing.

Relations PR & Marketing: Think of a blog as an extended business card. A simple appeal is based blog credibility, loyalty and word-of-mouth promotions. People send web links to business associates, family and friends.

Say more and speak less: Participate in the entire social fabric and the use of media is the art of social conversation. These days, buyers make their decisions online, then they reach for the phone. If your company has a presence, not participate in social conversations and not using Web 2.0, then it will not be seen or found.

Customer Development: If you use the tools so effective then you can develop relationships with existing and new customers. Social Web is an art and science.

Many people wonder how the use of social media can add value to your business. Many people spend much time writing blogs talk social media. The media reports on the increasing adoption of social media and businesses are turning to the medium as a means to market their proposals.

There is Friendfeed, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and countless other platforms and tools for social conversations and user-generated content. To say the less space is very crowded and confusing if not overwhelming for those just entering and trying to figure out what to do and how. While all these discussions focus stir interest in some of the critical elements necessary to make effective use of art and science of social media for specific benefits.

Based on an analysis of the most popular blogs and communities we have identified four factors that drive their success. Success is defined by the increasing attraction of the contents / author, the number of spectators line the ratio of posts to comments and viral distribution of content and reference of blogs across the social fabric. The four drivers are:

Attention: Businesses and individuals are using the social web tools to attract the attention of the consumer markets of special interest to the public and the business. Attention is not from the most relevant advertising content and comments of a credible public.

Attraction: To keep people’s attention a focus on the design, content and utility are the elements that create loyalty indicating its appeal. The art of combining design, content and usability is not something that is available in a playbook and do not learn much more by trial and error. Media communication, in text, images, audio and video are the tools used to create the attraction combined with exclusive content.

Affinity: content, design and community are the attributes of the creation of affinity with the proposal and the users of the online community. Unless the related conversations user needs or interest of the attraction is lost because users find

little affinity to the talks.

Audience: After 1, 2 and 3 is carried out then you have a hearing to provide ongoing value propositions to reinforce the 1, 2 and 3. The course is demanding and the art and science is always evolving. Unless your active participation, experiencing and engaging the audience can not learn what catches their attention, creates the attraction, develops affinity and therefore creating your audience.

There is an abundance of social technology available for anyone to use. Technology is science that allows distributed conversations at your fingertips. The art of using technology is the critical element that does not come naturally. The development of “art” of social media comes with time when one focuses on the fundamentals of human rights centered interaction in conversations that are relevant to specific topics, which attracts people and business. Much to learn and more to understand. One last thing. It is gone, it’s not a fad but is the evolution of the human dynamics.

What are the top ten Web 2.0 tools?

Tough question because there are thousands of everyday tools to choose the space the introduction of new tools for different purposes. However, I would suggest to start a beginner should have the following:

1. A blog
2. Using Widgets
3. Presence in the top social networks
4. A Twitter account
5. Friendfeed
6. Socialmedia
7. The use of numerous tools from Google, that is, readers, etc. Googe
8. Participation at the top community sites that have an affinity with their business
9. Business Exchange Business Weeks
10. Much time and a good adviser to train through the maze of options

How useful are Web 2.0 tools when creating a strategy SEO?

Web 2.0 tools, and configured properly used, are critical to the growing presence. Presence comes from being identified and being seen. SEO is simply the means to ensure their business is registered and acknowledged on the website. Web 2.0 tools are like steroids for SEO and the use of tools only ensures greater presence. Most of all Web 2.0 tools are integrated with respect to SEO and thus ensures proper visibility.
How does the evolution of the web 2.0 in the next 5 years?

Web 2.0 as we know it today will be obsolete and replaced with more intelligent and solid fuel technology more changes in the marketing, communications and all the business models we know today. Uninterrupted communications and publishing instantly global scale with “intelligent agents” will allow more people to do more with less. Social commerce will emerge as the new economy of trade. Communications and broadcasting will replace all existing facilities and significantly alter as usual. Business leaders, both large and small companies, will have to adapt to life and commerce is primarily influenced by virtual environments and elements. Think about what TV did to civilization 50 years ago. It took decades for television to penetrate the masses. The Internet, all these social tools is advancing daily and overall adoption rate surpasses anything ever experienced. The story is really being made and the problematic nature of this progress is hard for any of the STI and / or still claim so tomorrow will be like accepting that say things change drastically.

Do you think we’re in the midst of another bubble?

A bubble usually refers economic growth suddenly deflates. In terms of Web 2.0 the essence of emergency has nothing to do with economic gains in the traditional sense. More However, the essence is a change in communication and care. Communication and care are essential elements of any economy and the progress of any economy. The irony of Web 2.0 is that most tools are free. The critical element of the use of tools for economic benefit has to do with creativity, innovation and knowledge. The bubble is breaking the status quo of traditional media, business and human interaction with people and the masses. The results impact on the economy do indeed, but the process is not driven by economics rather the driving force is the intersection of relations human to technological advances.

Hey, It’s Zack here…Happy Friday! I’m excited for the weekend.

Dang, last night I was on the MOST POWERFUL webinar so far in 2010. An experienced online marketer named Kevin Wilke teamed up for a launch of something called Local Business Money Machine with my favorite online dude Ryan Deiss.

I believe this info-product is going to go over very BIG! Here’s why Local Business Owners are going to become a way for those with online experience to make some serious money together.

1. Plumbers, Dentists, Carpet Cleaners, Contractors, Locksmiths, Landscapers, etc…they all have been Hit HARD by Recession (down 30% or more)

2. What used to work (Yellow Pages, Newspapers) no longer works and is extremely expensive. ($20,000 to $200,000 a year)

3. Local Business Owners KNOW the Internet is the future…But have NO idea what to do…and this is where you come in.

4. Even if the business owners did know, they don’t want to or can’t do their own online marketing…

5. Working 80 hrs/wk, plus masters of their trade these local small business people are shelling out huge money to keep name recognition in the traditional ads in their area.

6. You only need a handful of customers to be making a full-time income, working from home, setting your own schedule, having a blast, and making a HUGE difference.

7. How?? Online Local DOMINATION…You turn your client into THE #1 AUTHORITY ONLINE for their local market.

8. They go from not even close to sniffing page 1 of Google…To being EVERYWHERE…

9. In “Local Search”, “Natural Search”, “PPC”, and their “Content” in Top 10, more “Consumer Reviews” than anybody else (and more)…They are now the AUTHORITY online.

10. 98% of searchers choose a business on page 1.

Click the link below to see it now…
http://www.zackcovell.com/local-business

The recession has hit ALL businesses and the Internet is becoming a replacement for traditional advertising methods, like the newspaper and yellow pages of the phonebook.

Almost 5,000 people joined me and Kevin Wilke as he shared how many of his students are making $10K per month and more helping local businesses get on line.

1 out of 3 of online searches are for a local business and 81% of people first research online these days before any other method.

I used to build homes and if I look at the local construction companies in my area today online, they are virtually non-existant. Yet many of those same companies are advertised in the Yellow Pages…yuck! I just threw my newly delivered phonebook into the recycling last month. In fact, when I searched Google in my area with the keyword “Astoria Construction” what I found was the top listed company was located over 125 miles away from this town.

Now that’s just too sad for the local yokels who are trying to make a living and find new customers, but have a website made from their buddy and not updated since 2003 As you can see above the top 3 spots on Google are Not Local Businesses where I live, which means it’s a wide open market. Don’t let your competitors grab that top spot. Over 60% of the clicks happen on the top 3 spots. See Picture above.

Kevin is allowing me to send out ONE and only ONE post re-capping last nights program.

This is the easiest way I think I have ever heard for the average Joe to make real money online. This business is easy to understand and easy to execute. And for the naysayers or skeptical, I’m this way…do your own research and you’ll see. It’s not based on SEO and PPC and all this techie stuff either.

If your looking for a real lasting career (NOT A JOB) this may be your best answer.

Get it while you can,

P.S. This link will be removed as soon as I am sure you have had a fair chance to look at it.

It’s time to get focused. Don’t screw this up. Go now

The prime customer acquisition marketing and generating business opportunities of the Funnel

In the beginning, someone raises a hand and says, “Yes – tell me more.” From that moment, becomes a firm engaged in one of the most important functions that influence the success of sales, manage lead.

Traditional marketing is a unidirectional message a business in the market, either consumer or business to business to business. The business then waits and hopes that the market responds to the offer by purchasing a product.

Direct marketing is the marketing of products and services directly from seller to consumer. It combines the advertising and sale of a simple, specific, measurable efforts. The direct marketing most often involves the use of a database and / or external sources of information to apply the market offers. The information is segmented into several populations and offers are delivered to each segment.

Lead Generation (commonly abbreviated as lead-Gen) is a marketing term that refers to the creation or generation of interest from potential customers or research in a business’ products or services. Often, the generation of Lead is associated with marketing activity targeted at generating sales opportunities for a company sales force.

Therefore leadership can be defined as information regarding or provided by a client who may be interested in making a purchase of services / products offered.

After the segment market performs the action planned (ie an order, call an 800 number, enter a contest, etc.), the results are tracked and included in the database. This information is used for outreach efforts in the future by the company.

Lead Management is the process of quickly and effectively create, nurture, and lead distribution analysis. The ultimate goal? To increase the likelihood that the initiative will become an opportunity qualified and then a new satisfied customer.

The radical change is through marketing organizations everywhere. The expectations are rising – “we give more, give better quality, faster – while budgets shrink and counts. The mandate of doing more with less has never been more evident, and the pressure is increasing for marketing teams to draw a direct line between their activities and the bottom line.

PACE hypothesi s

Source: Aberdeen Group, April 2007

There is a predominant pressure for marketers to prove and improve Romi. With the proliferation of marketing channels and data silos within the organization, to get a clear understanding of the motivations of the customer is increasingly difficult. Gartner recently published studies suggesting that among the vast majority of all sales leads – “more than 70% never acted come about because the person or organization at the right time. ”

Lead Generation process to help the organization in achieving its growth targets and increase their bottom line. The ultimate goal of any marketing department is to generate leads for sales. Sales then convert customer opportunities. The speed with which deals closely is the final criterion by which all marketing investments should be measured.

Definition of Lead Management

Figure 1: closing the circle of Lead Management

A. Campaign Planning

This step involves planning the campaign in detail – the choice of the universe of customers, the determination lists and databases, the definition of the services offered to the chosen university, message development, selection of the medium, setting the timetable for campaign lead generation, planning the marketing campaign, then specifying the qualifications of lead and mechanism distribution to sales. Metrics to measure the percentage of success of the campaign are also defined in this phase.

B. Identify prospects

This stage is to identify the universe of potential customers selected customers. The lead generation equipment using the media selected Directions to the lists and databases and the list of potential clients who would be interested in the service offerings of the organization. The outlook is ideally makers decisions in a client organization.

C. qualify leads

At this stage, prospects are qualified, skilled and processed according to predetermined criteria for the classification of lead. Typical processes of lead and “flags” are defined, including issues and rating processes, distribution rules, lead scoring (the specific definitions of A, B and C-level leads), the components and duration the sales cycle, how to deal with atypical or outside the lead profile, and ownership of each stage of the process.

D. Distribute Leads

The distribution of opportunities is the process of contacts to reach the right person at the right time. There can be multiple distribution systems – according to the geography, territory, product, offering a service, business line, the source of lead, the level of urgency or face new and existing customers. Distribution Lead can be a short if they have a short period of time to make a decision or a budget approved list or have a special urgency or a high value associated with them.

E. Nurture Leads

Lead nurturing enables organizations to stay in touch with long-term leads until the lead is ready to be developed in the sales cycle. When lead is closer to making a purchase, which can be transmitted to the sales team.

F. monitoring, measure and evaluate campaigns

The last stage of lead management is to close the loop in the results. Post-campaign analysis and Information is the key to demonstrate the success or perhaps identifying how a marketing strategy can be improved. By going through a process of detailed planning with the figures of definition, first, the teams are clear about what is to be measured at every step, and visibility on how they have done similar campaigns. When the ROMI and cost per head of each campaign is accurately reported, can identify patterns that help marketing teams to make more often what is proven to work well.

Companies that follow best management practices can lead to increase performance expected of all leads generated. In managing the process from the earliest stages of planning through the qualification, distribution and nurturing process, equipment marketing to gather meaningful data on what works and what needs improvement. This ongoing process of planning, implementation and evaluation ensures that maximize ROMI on marketing activities and perspectives are engaged right to the purchase decision. It also ensures that the sales team focuses on “real” Instead of pursuing leads and prospects for the classification.

The application of best management practices lead reduces the overall cost of marketing, sales channel fills faster with higher quality leads, and grow revenue. Therefore, every marketing organization can finally discover the true gold in potential customers.
