How Much Can You Take and Keep Moving Forward?

After running 3 miles the other night I wanted to share with you a POWERFUL video about YOUR FEARS.  Tony Robbins says; “Our deepest fear is that you are powerful beyond measure.”

The Video is very short and yet, it still inspired me to get the best workout I have had in months the other night.

    would it be possible to translate your website into spanish because i have difficulties of speaking to english, and as there are not many pictures on your website i would like to read more of what you are writting.

      If you want Espanol you can change the language that my blog is in on the bottom left in the green colored toolbar. If you are using Internet Explorer open my blog in some other browser to see the toolbar. Firefox, chrome, etc.
