England VS Australia universities? ?

I want to take a design and the social sciences when I go to college but have no idea what the education system and way of life would better? I have lived in Dubai all my life [even though I am part british I rarely back] Not sure if I could take the time cos I'm used to the sand, camels and heat while I do not know whether Australia meets the standards and help me qualify for a senior after uni. consider both Argh, I was wondering if anyone has or experience with making this decision?

Why not visit the UNIVERCITIES you are interested and the area could live? Then you will a better idea of which enjoy more. I live in England and everyone says that it rains a lot, which is very true and very annoying to get out of bed every day to rain is not good in winter. Howeverin Australia would sometimes get too hot and sweaty. Im planning on going to Edinburgh UNI as free, to any person, Scotland snow which is a plus. And my family lives there for that is good. + We stayed at the Hilton for a year as my sister is the head of there so we rooms are really cheap. Still England has some very good and England at Uni has good food too: P Many stores of fish and chips and pizza places lol If I want to go to England or Scotland
